BofA – A for Effort, F for FAIL

Everybody wants community, and more companies are realizing that a great way to build community is expert advice. Bank of America is one of those companies, and kudos to them for trying. They have banner ads on The New York Times touting their expert Q&A. But OMG, when you go there… you only need one look before you hightail it out of there. Too bad. Fail.
